I didn't say you were arrogant. I just wondered if you were willing to open your eyes to God being present in your life instead of pushing him away due to what you think of as lack of evidence.

"the bible abounds in vivid fantasy, such as its many celestial descriptions, or the portrayal of warring kingdoms with imaginary beasts.. the sparlock message is confusing, as much for an adult as for a child, as the bible shows that god's followers practice magic, even if they are usually referred to as miracles.

I've contributed to this thread alot. But when someone steps in and just wants to be insulting, I don't think it's hijacking the thread to call them out on it. You continually use bullying to try and get your point across. This is a sign of weakness. It's one reason why there is so much bullying in this country. People like you that use insults to try and prove a point. Nice job contributing to this huge problem.

It's funny stuff. You're sad that I'm delusional. I'm sad that you're delusional.
What it comes down to is this:
Science and archeology, and even the Bible can be challenged. But when it comes down to it, personal experiences can't. If you haven't experienced God, that's fine. But I have, and it's proven that he exists. You can try to challenge me and my experiences, but the fact is that you haven't experienced it. You don't know what I went through. And seeing someone that is so full of themeselves and their own opinions that it pushes God away...that makes me sad.

I had a neighbor like you (KS) growing up. Didn't like people. Liked to insult the kids as they walked by. I'm seeing a huge similarity. I have thick skin and it honestly doesn't phase me when you get insulting. Which is funny...because then you proceed to call Christians condescending after insulting me... good job! :-)

I guess what I find most sad about unbelievers is that God hasn't showed Himself to them in their lives. Must be lonely. Extrodinary proof? I have seen it in my own life. But that is mine to hold on to. If He hasn't shown Himself in yours, well...I'm sorry. Maybe you weren't looking.
